2
Define matching conditions

Choose Match ALL (AND) or Match ANY (OR), then add conditions such as:

  • Department
  • Job Title
  • Email
  • Groups
3
Set priority number

Priority must be between 1 and 100. Lower number = higher priority (1 is evaluated first).

Understanding Priority Logic

Highest PriorityLowest Priority
1 – 151100

WiseSignly evaluates rules from the lowest priority number upward. The first matching rule wins, only one rule applies per user.

Pro Tip

Put specific rules at low numbers (1–15). Reserve 90–100 for organization-wide fallback rules.

Best Practices & Quick Tips

Campaign Design

  • Keep visible height under 100px for banners
  • Use external image hosting
  • Test dark mode & mobile
  • Always preview in Outlook/Gmail

Rules & Priority

  • Upload banners in Settings → Branding before creating campaigns
  • Associate campaigns to rules, banners do not deploy on their own
  • Use Preview and Testing to verify which template and banner apply
  • Keep a fallback rule near priority 100
