Branding Guide

Upload logos, banners, and color palettes in Settings → Branding, the foundation for on-brand signatures and campaigns.

Admin / Manager / Editor role required. Upload campaign banners here before creating campaigns, banners are selected from this library in the Campaigns module.

Open Branding settings

Go to Settings

Open Settings in the sidebar and select the Branding tab.

Choose an asset type

Select Logo, Profile Photo, Banner, Icon, or Other before uploading.

Upload your file

Supported formats include PNG, JPG, JPEG, and SVG. Images can be resized before upload. Maximum file size is 3 MB.

Manage your library

View, edit, or delete assets under Your Assets. Uploaded banners appear when creating campaigns.

Color palette

Define your organization's color palette in the Branding tab. Colors are available when designing signature templates in the Dynamic Editor, helping teams stay visually consistent across departments.

Best practices

  • Upload high-resolution logos with transparent backgrounds when possible
  • Prepare campaign banners at a reasonable email-friendly width before upload
  • Use consistent naming so admins can find assets quickly
  • Set up branding before creating templates and campaigns
